Soliento Nuvali - LOCATION
Soliento is located in the middle of Nuvali, a massive eco-city development project by Ayala Land. This is a huge plot of land that contains commercial, business, education, residential and commercial establishments. It is a master-planned mini-city that is not only highly sustainable but eco-friendly as well. This means that when you live in Soliento, you will also have access to everything that Nuvali has to offer.
For instance, if you are looking for nearby hospitals and clinics, there is the QualiMed Hospital right inside the Nuvali complex. This brand-new 102-bed hospital is managed and maintained by QualiMed, a proprietor of several large commercial clinics and health services. If you need more options, you can head over to the Sta. Rosa city proper or the nearby Cabuyao town proper for more than a dozen options.
Now, if you are looking for schools, Xavier School has a brand new campus in the Nuvali complex and soon, Miriam College will also be opening its own campus on the site. Aside from the two schools that are literally minutes away from Soliento, there are also other great choices just a few more minutes away, like Brent International School in Binan, De La Salle University - Canlubang Campus, De La Salle Santiago, and the Los Banos Campus of the University of the Philippines. Who says that you need to go to Metro Manila for quality education? You can readily find a lot of great schools nearby Soliento, and they offer the same kind of quality education (if not better) than the ones in the Metro.
If you are looking for commercial shopping establishments, there is already a couple right in Nuvali. The first one that you will see right outside the Soliento community is the Ayala Malls Solenad. This is a relatively new commercial complex that just opened quite recently. At Solenad, you will find dozens of high-end shops and boutiques. There are also a couple of famous coffee shops and restaurants in the mall in case you get hungry while shopping.
Paseo de Santa Rosa is a wide open shopping center with dozens of different high-end shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. It is like a one-stop shop for everything that you might need. If you think that those two malls are not enough, you can take a 15-minute drive into the Sta. Rosa city proper to find SM City Sta. Rosa and other large malls.
If you are looking for a wonderfully, fantastic good time for the family, just fifteen to twenty minutes away from Soliento is the famous Enchanted Kingdom. This is probably the most popular theme park in the Philippines. Filled with dozens upon dozens of fun rides and attractions, you will definitely have a magical time in Enchanted Kingdom.
If you want to escape the headache-inducing summer heat, you can file your family into your car and drive an hour or so up north until you reach Tagaytay City. Dubbed as the summer capital of the Metro, the cool climate of Tagaytay, and the warm welcoming attitude of its people will instantly make you feel a whole lot better.
